Duties: |
• Answer phones to respond to orders
• Handle general customer inquiries, and customer complaints.
• Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.

Qualifications: |
Ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in MS Office with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. 1-2 years of previous customer service experience is required.
