Description: | | This position will be responsible for all prospect and customer interaction, providing an outstanding customer experience, and (first and foremost) growing our new account base. This is a key managerial role within the company. As HomeForce grows, a separate Customer and Field Service manager will be hired and this position will focus strictly on new customer acquisition. | Duties: | Sales Duties
- Establish best practices and metrics for the sales team
- Develop the competencies within each member of the sales team. Analyze individual performance, provide coaching, and raise sales proficiency of team members.
- Monitor performance and swiftly address issues
- Develop sales strategies, scripting, rebuttals, and other techniques
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and continuously improve
- Help define CRM system requirements
- Develop contact strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and continuously improve
- Measure and analyze why and where sales are lost; recommend changes to improve close ratio
- Consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Effectively execute the entire sales process from opening to close
- Handle all personnel related and administrative issues in the department
- Advise the President and General Manager on all issues that affect the overall performance of HomeForce, its employees, and customers.
Service and Field Support Duties
- Serve as point of escalation for customer and field support issues and primary contact for HomeForce’s central station monitoring partner.
- Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control the new customer setup process
- Optimize customer retention
- Establish best practices and metrics for the service and field support team
- Develop the competencies within each member of the team. Analyze individual performance, provide coaching, and raise sales proficiency of team members.
- Monitor performance and swiftly address issues
- Help define installation, monitoring, and CRM system requirements
- Handle all personnel related and administrative issues in the department
- Advise the President and General Manager on all issues that affect the overall performance of HomeForce, its employees, and customers.
