Sherwood is currently interviewing candidates for a full-time association customer service/member services position. |
Duties: |
| Responsibilities for this highly organized individual include responding to member inquiries via email and phone, updating membership records, fulfilling orders and administrative support. |
Qualifications: |
Candidates with two to four years of experience must be comfortable in a fast-paced, energetic and participatory environment, where your involvement and suggestions in all phases of client management are encouraged. Experience in customer service is desired. Individual must have a strong desire to provide premium customer service to client members. A positive attitude is essential for this position. You will be part of a cross-functional account team, reporting directly to and supporting the team’s Executive Director.
College degree preferred.
