Description:

Our client one of the world’s leading sources of intelligent information for businesses and professionals is currently seeking to hire a Product Manager - API for their New York City office.

Duties:

* Responsible for end-to-end management of a product within Liquidity in order to achieve the strategic goals of the Enterprise Platform.

* Work with the Enterprise Platform team on product strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs and release schedule for a set of products.

* Direct and influence cross-functional teams in order to ensure product delivery dependencies are met.

* Responsible for gathering and prioritizing client feedback to drive product innovation and increase client adoption and retention.

* Support budgeting activities, development of 3rd party partnerships, etc.

* Support commercial facing teams in client engagement and retention activities.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in product management with proven product lifecycle management experience.

* Ability to communicate and engage with senior development and architecture teams

* Must have experience with Thomson Reuters RFA

* Superior client engagement skills, including ability to build and manage client relationships.

* Ability to establish and manage 3rd party relationships including suppliers and collaboration partnerships.

* Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to influence internal and external audiences.

* Superior written skills, including experience writing comprehensive business and functional requirements.

* Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
