Description: | We are seeking several Licensed Part Time Clinical Therapists to each work a minimum of 10 hours/week.
Office locations are Wellington and West Palm Beach, Florida.
The scheduled work hours are flexible, based upon Therapist availability. Our hours of operation are 9AM – 8PM Monday through Thursday, 9AM – 4PM Friday, and 9AM -3 PM Saturday.
KNOWLEDGE AREAS REQUIRED:
Working with children and families
Indicators of abuse and neglect
Needs and interventions for abused and neglected children and adults
Child development
Family functioning from a systems perspective
Working with difficult-to-reach populations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers services by interviewing, diagnosing, and developing and implementing treatment and aftercare plans with clients on caseload
Carries a caseload appropriate in difficulty to level of experience and expertise
Assures quality service by being knowledgeable of and enforcing rules, regulations, legal requirements
Coordinates services with other providers as appropriate to ensure continuity of care
Maintains records necessary for accountability
Participates in staff meetings, case review, and supervision according to program standards
Seeks consultation as needed
Responds to emergencies and any other critical needs which may include suicide calls, unscheduled crisis calls from clients, and/or emergency walk-ins
Promotes a positive image of the agency by ensuring an understanding of program services available and conducting oneself according to a professional code of ethics in the treatment of clients and in interaction with colleagues
May be asked to conduct presentations or seminars in the agency, community or media
Participates, when called upon, in the training of master level students

| Qualifications: | Minimum of Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited college or university.
Licensed in the state of Florida (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW).
Bilingual Preferred.
Salary and hours are negotiable.
