We are seeking an experienced health care professional at the Manager level who will take a leading role assisting hospitals and health plans to align their strategic, operational and information management objectives to achieve their clinical and performance goals. The manager will assume primary responsibility for developing and managing project plans, mentoring and coaching team members, managing the day-to-day interaction with clients and engagement leadership, and assuring development and delivery of high quality deliverables. Our recommendations are based on proprietary quantitative models that provide strong analytical rigor and flexible frameworks. Duties: |
| RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with clients to develop scenario plans and implement an analytic agenda that outlines each client's healthcare information needs
• Oversee analytic consulting projects related to health care issues, reimbursement strategies, and quality of care
• Lead the development and documentation of analytical results
• Oversee the presentation of analytical results to clients
• Contribute to departmental financial targets
• Assist in scope and develop proposals for consulting prospect opportunities

Qualifications: |
| We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of professional and personal achievement. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must. Ideal candidates would possess the following qualifications:
5+ years relevant health care strategy or operations consulting experience
Undergraduate or advanced degrees in clinical medicine (MD, RN), biological/ biomedical sciences, economics or policy are strongly preferred
Advanced degree in Business, Strategy and/or Health Care Management.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills demonstrated by the ability to synthesize research and interviews into actionable recommendations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills --- both written and oral.
Well developed project, people management and client relationship skills
Dedication to teamwork
