We have an immediate need at the Analyst level. Our analysts work with a team of consultants in the conception, issue identification, hypothesis formation, planning and conducting of interviews, as well as the research, analysis, and writing of custom business strategies and client deliverables.

Duties:

• Designs and conducts interviews/group sessions (internal and some external facing) to surface relevant information
• Demonstrates creativity in developing analytical solutions to single level client problems
• Plans, executes and summarizes analyses in client-ready format, ready to be incorporated into longer “story” or explained in working sessions
• Effectively translates the data based on client needs
• Demonstrates ability to synthesize and translate all analytical results in assigned area into salient and convincing conclusions in a clear and compelling presentation format

Qualifications:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of professional and personal achievement. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must. Ideal candidates would possess the following qualifications:1-2 years relevant experience in either consulting or the health care provider industry.

• 1-2 years relevant experience in either consulting or the health care provider industry
• Undergraduate or advanced degrees in biological/ biomedical sciences, economics or policy are strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills demonstrated by the ability to synthesize research and interviews into actionable recommendations
• Strong MS Office – Excel, Access, Word and Powerpoint
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Desire to do meaningful work and make a difference
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ---both written and oral.
• Dedication to teamwork
• An uncompromising commitment to quality and a passion for health care.
