SwapLoader USA, Ltd., a premier manufacturer of hooklift hoist products and accesories currently seeks a Regional Sales Managers to manage our East Coast Territory.  SwapLoader is a sister company of EFCO Corp. and is dedicated to providing customers with the finest hook-lift hoists for trucks on the market.  SwapLoader focuses on the importance of manufacturing low maintenance/reliable hook-lift hoists and hook-lift hoist accessories. Duties:

This position entails contacting distributors and potential customers for the marketing and selling of SwapLoader Hook Lift products.  Responsibilities include increasing distributor base through distributor recruitment, implementation of sales plan to increase sales and profits, conducting product training and application seminars for distributors and customers, both at factory and in the field.  This position works closely with the Swaploader Sales Manager, inside sales and service, engineering, production, and shipping.

Qualifications:

Qualified Applicants must have truck or truck equipment sales experience in a sales/business development role.  A Mechanical aptitude and prior experience in dealer distributor sales is a must.  A CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL is a requirement for this position.  Our ideal candidate will also be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people.  Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential to this role.  Must be proficient with MS Office software.  This position will require heavy travel to manage sales in a multi-state territory.  

Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen. EOE.
