Description: |
The Clinical Quality Development Associate uses clinical knowledge, program expertise and coaching and development techniques to support the growth and development of programs and representatives.
|
Duties: |
• Responsible for maintaining quality control standards through monitoring of calls
• Provide constructive coaching and feedback to representatives
• Provide ongoing training and education through coaching sessions
• Develops/administers learning development plans
• Communicates quality escalations to Operations and Client Services
• Schedule and conduct internal calibration sessions with program management and Operations
• Participate in client monitoring sessions
• Act as training assistant as needed
• Promote high levels of motivation and morale
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Serves a clinical expert

Qualifications: |
• Advanced science degree or professional medical background required (NP, PA, RN)
• Current licensure in the state of Florida
• Significant experience working with health care practitioners
• Previous experience working in pharmaceutical sales preferred
• Direct experience in clinical/sales training preferred
• Diverse clinical background preferred
• Case management, disease management and/or health coaching experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Group facilitation and stand-up presentation skills preferred
• Ability to manage own work load and priorities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
