Duties: | •PLM familiar with the telecommunications access or transport network
•Manage new and existing products during the full course of the product lifecycle.
•Provide program management to products under development
•Support the Sales and Sales engineering teams with tactical support as needed
•Interact with Operations in support of specific product lines
•Develop competitive analysis materials
| Qualifications: | •BS or MS degree in a technical field of study, 3 years of telecom experience in product management, customer service, system engineering, application engineering, or similar customer facing technical role.
•Familiar with Ethernet over DS1/E1, DS3/E3 and Sonet/SDH, metro Ethernet service delivery, Ethernet/IP interworking, and Enterprise WAN service routers. Working experience with at least one of these product categories.
•Experience in developing competitive analysis materials
•Excellent program management skills
•A self-starter with a proven track record of success in a fast paced environment
•Ability to travel
