Description:

General Job Objectives:

Responsible for making outbound telephone calls and providing counseling services to patients inquiring about pharmaceutical products. Evaluate, educate and respond to customer questions and concerns.

Duties:

* Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessment of customers via incoming phone calls.
* Build effective relationships with customers by using excellent verbal and written communication skills, developing trust, using active listening skills, and maintaining confidentiality.
* Record timely written documentation of any adverse events.
* Support a variety of marketing programs for pharmaceutical companies.
* Support both inbound and outbound projects (no sales or cold calling).
* Must be able to multi-task computer input while providing outstanding phone customer care.

Qualifications:

* Must have active Florida RN license.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of HIPPA regulations a plus.
* Leadership and positive attitude a must.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience with disease or case management preferred.

Education:

Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing required. Florida RN License required.
