Our trusted Neighborhood Sales Representatives utilize strong customer service / sales skills to provide valuable service and solutions to our customers. We provide in-home consultations to our current customers with a goal of enhancing their existing products / service and to improve their overall experience with Insight. Our sales support staff assists in setting and scheduling appointments, so you can focus on closing the sale and maximize your earnings potential. Your annual target, including a generous $24k base salary, is $55k… with top performers exceeding $80k.

Duties:

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for sales of non-subscribers and upgrading existing customers.
• Meet weekly performance standards as specified by Sales Manager.
• Present product and price in the manner prescribed by Insight.
• Complete all reports on a timely basis and attend all scheduled meetings.
• Follow through on all orders and return inquiring customer calls promptly.
• Maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 - 3 years experience in sales environment with considerable amount of experience in direct sales.
• High level of self- motivation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with external customers and fellow employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and good driving record.
