SUMMARY: Coordinates and processes branch contracts for order processing and billing of equipment, materials, products, or service by performing the following duties:


Duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Enters sales orders into ERP software.

• Prepares audit of compensation claim form and enter claim into ERP software.

• Interacts as needed with sales force on order issues, billing concerns and collection items.

• Under direction of Branch Sales Manager, communicates with leasing vendors on matters of buyouts, upgrades, rate factors, delinquency, and default actions. Communicates with branch sales and management when necessary.

• Analyzes and monitors branch reports, P & L's, expense analysis and sales detail.

• Assists the sales force in all aspects of the order cycle.

• Working in concert with branch sales and management teams, collaborates with distribution center personnel on all matters concerning installations and delivery of equipment.

• Communicates equipment needs with warehouse personnel from equipment request; enters the shell order; obtains credit approval; and obtains and forwards completed Site Surveys to Customer Response Center/Dispatch.
• Audits orders for completeness. Communicates setup with Contract Billing partner.

• Assists with the compilation and updating of the Daily Gross Profit report. Distribute on a weekly basis.

• Monitors the weekly branch install report and follow-up on outstanding trials with the sales representatives.

• Reviews and forwards accounts payable invoices to corporate office.

• Under direction of Branch Sales Manager, assists with organization of branch events and state of the branch meetings.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret P&L’s, expense analysis, sales detail, credit approvals, and appraisal forms. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Order processing systems; Accounting software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Business and accounting knowledge would be beneficial.
