Duties: |
Seek out bid opportunities
Receive and process bid documents adhering to all bid specifications
Work with manufacturers for special pricing
Help Account Executives influence bids with Xerox Audio Visual Solutions Specs
Ensure CRM is kept up to date
Maintain master list of all K-12 schools in assigned region
Prepare quotes as needed

Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office a must
Must be detailed oriented and able to work with strict time deadlines
Excellent organization and communication skills
Inside sales experience desired
2+ years experience working with bids would be ideal but is not required
Customer service experience a must
