Duties: |
1.Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user hardware, software and peripherals.
2.Procuring desktop hardware and software.
3.Design, implement standard policies and procedures for security, maintenance and IT support.
4.Detailed knowledge of Windows, NT, Networking, usoft etc
5.Maintain contact with all users, other management services, and information technology sections to coordinate activities for the best results with the least possible delay.
6.Performing, monitoring, and maintaining system backups.
7.Provide network access to end users, shared software and hardware.
8.Sets up and administer user accounts on company servers and release application code to web servers as directed by software quality assurance team.
9.Performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, installation and on-going administration.
10.Ability to work onsite; no remote access.
11.Must be proficient in managing servers, IT Security, system backups and everything related to IT support.
