Description: |
| To maintain cleanliness of all hotel glass, china, silverware and cookware and heart of the house resort areas. |
Duties: |
| Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses in addition to keeping work areas organized, stocked and clean. Other duties may include transporting utensils and dishware to other kitchens, silver polishing, garbage disposal and cleaning in heart of the house resort areas. |
Qualifications: |
| Ability to lift and push a moderate amount of weight, utilize chemicals and work in a fast paced environment. |
