Description:

 

Identifies and targets potential clients. Makes contact with key client personnel to promote ServiceLink's REO products and services.  Assists Executive Officers in the development and presentation of sales programs to prospective clients.  Maintains an emphasis on acquiring and retaining customer relationships.  Work to consistently grow ServiceLink's market share and revenues.

Duties:

 

  • Establishes and maintains operational standards for client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates and schedules client visits and training.
  • Achieves and exceeds strategic goals in sales and marketing.
  • Attends trade shows and association meetings as required.
  • Reporting updates on sales funnel to executive management
  • Remains current with respect to all valuation and other company requirements.
  • Directs and implements all valuations operation policies and procedures with the client.
  • Accountable for acquiring new clients and developing incremental business from assigned accounts.
  • Fosters and maintains superior business relationships with clients.
  • Monitors operational work flow to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets/Excel, word processing/Word.  Ability to learn new software packages as necessary.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ten (10) + years prior Sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • At least eight (8) years working in the Mortgage Servicing/Banking industry,
  • Proven, productive business relationships at the senior level of financial organizations - must be able to bring relationships to the table as well as grow incremental business from existing accounts.
