Description:

Work with persons served who have jobs in the community. Assist as requested in career planning and assessment. Work cooperatively with other employment staff to facilitate natural supports and positive relationships between individuals and co-workers and supplement support as needed. Establish relationships with community businesses, clubs, civic groups, and organizations. Facilitate connections for person served to natural supports. Foster the development of friendships with co-workers and others. Help obtain membership in organizations of their choice and participate at the level desired.
This is a position in both Cass & Fulton counties.

Qualifications:

Requires Associates Degree in related field preferred or four years’ experience in relevant field. Sales and Marketing experience and knowledge of the community preferred.
