We are currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team as our Human Resource Director.
The HR Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
This position is Part Time approximately 4-5 hours a day. |

*Policy development, documentation and recommendation

*Company employee communication
*Compensation and benefits administration

Qualifications: |
Degree preferred in related area
5+ years of Human Resource experience
Strong written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively
Capable of working efficiently independently of direct supervision
Attention to detail, enthusiasm and problem solving skills
Project management skills
Proficiency with PC's and Microsoft office software such as: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook |
