Description:

Pioneer Services, A Division of MidCountry Bank, is currently interviewing for Customer Operations Rep(s) to join our TEAM located at 3240 E TROPICANA in Las Vegas. As a Customer Ops Representative you will have primary responsibilities that include:

Assist military customers by phone, chat and e-mail concerning loan products offered through our website.
Help clients have a positive perception while assisting their specific needs.
Use in-depth product knowledge to answer the customer’s questions, and proactively explain and/or market company products that meet the needs of the customer.
Ensure that the necessary electronic documents are complete and accurate while being alert for fraudulent applications and information.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass criminal, credit, and drug test required by Bank (will work with candidates' credit due to loss of job, BK, divorce)
Must be able to work flexible shifts in 24/7 call-center environment
High school degree or GED
Basic knowledge of consumer finance or basic financial education
Previous call center experience required
Previous banking experience a plus
Knowledge of our core military customer base a plus
Ability to work well within a team to strive for a common goal
Strong team spirit, creativity and customer focus in a high-speed working environment
