Description:


•Managerial position assisting with the supervision and operational management of specific client programs.
• Will be trained on various client programs and work with different managers, depending on the business needs of the department.






Duties:

Project Management

An understanding of terminology used in reporting and documentation with regards to sales and/or call center environment.
Accountable to meet productivity goals for assigned programs.
Manage campaigns for optimal performance.
Work with Program Managers to ensure success of programs.
Ensure that program goals are proactively communicated for each campaign.
Post daily results for each campaign and coach Representatives to performance goals.
Responsible for the daily maintenance of the campaign


Resource Management

Handle Representative questions and concerns.
Conduct performance management, including disciplinary actions. Work with Program Manager and Director of Operations to ensure that programs are staffed appropriately and fully utilized.
Responsible to walk the call floor and create a presence on the floor, including daily meet and greets.


Quality Assurance & Training

Ensure that high call quality is maintained through monitoring and coaching.
Assist in training for programs, as needed.
Promote high levels of motivation and morale.
Assist management with internal and client monitoring sessions.

Reporting

Understand the on-line statistics from the appropriate systems.
Ensure that internal daily/weekly statistical project reports are updated, accurate and delivered on time (i.e. flash reports, productivity)
Monitor daily productivity reports.

Administrative

Assure adherence to all TMS policies and procedures.
Approve payroll Perform administrative duties as necessary, including data entry, database updates, reporting.
Adhere to company policies.
Other duties as assigned based on departmental requirements.
Act as liaison to IT help desk and facilities department as needed.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Must have managed teams/people, preferably in a sales/call center environment.
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills
Ability to work independently.
PC Proficiency Must be proactive and highly motivated.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Good interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.
Exhibits professional behavior.


EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
