You understand emerging technology and consumer trends, and you’ll use those insights to help drive our clients’ success.

We’re looking for a thought leader—someone who can come in and make an impact from the start. You’ll guide the design team as you bring your creative vision to life, ensuring that the team produces highly functional, beautifully elegant work. You’ll be leading and developing a talented group of designers, and it’ll be your job to make them even better.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead, inspire, and direct designers
* Guide conceptualization of projects
* Set the direction and vision for all digital media
* Ensure that the final execution of work meets our standards
* Create and deliver engaging presentations to both clients and team members

Qualifications

* Expert use of Photoshop and Illustrator
* An in-depth understanding of interactive technologies with fairly recent hands-on experience
* Five or more years as an interactive designer with a brand or interactive agency working on digital media development
* Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to articulate with the highest level of clarity
