National Sales Executive, Originations - Telecommute

Description:

 

Identifies, targets and secures Origination business from viable prospects and incremental business from existing clients. Makes contact with key client and prospect personnel to promote ServiceLink's products and services.  Assists Executive Officers in the development and presentation of sales programs to prospective clients.  Consistently maintains an emphasis on acquiring and retaining customer relationships, working to consistently grow ServiceLink's market share and revenues.  Works autonomously from a home-office and while traveling.

Duties:

  • Develops business from new and existing clients on a consistent basis.
  • Develops and maintains account plans for each client and ensures compliance by all parties (sales/operations).
  • Is in front of the client on a regular basis and is constantly working to understand how we can better meet their needs at every level.
  • Coordinates and schedules client visits and training.
  • Recommends and implements strategic goals in sales and marketing.
  • Attends trade shows and association meetings as required.
  • Works closely with operations to develop performance standards and operational procedures that will exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting updates on sales to executive management
  • Remains current with respect to all related policies and company requirements.
  • Responsible for the development of strategies for acquiring new clients.
  • Fosters and maintains superior business relationships with clients.
  • Monitors operational work flow to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets/Excel, word processing/Word.  Ability to learn new software packages as necessary.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ten (10) plus years prior Sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Fifteen (15) years proven multi-discipline experience in the mortgage banking and/or servicing industry.
  • Verifiable, productive business relationships at the senior level of financial organizations required.
