ATP Certified-Rehab Equipment and Seating Specialist.

Description:

Advanced Home Care, an award winning home healthcare organization in NC, is growing and we are recruiting for an ATP Certified-Rehab Equipment and Seating Specialist. 

Duties:

This key position will be responsible to drive growth of our complex rehab and power mobility program through developing strong referral relationships and seeking new opportunities. The ATP is responsible for completing patient assessments for equipment, often in conjunction with a PT or OT, home assessments, quoting equipment, complex fittings, and maintenance of all related required documentation.  In addition this position will assist or oversee the repair technicians in the assembly, repair and delivery of all DME/Rehab equipment for customers.  Lastly, this position assists with seeking and obtaining new referral sources and performing educational sessions or demos to referrals sources as needed.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a current RESNA (ATP) certification with at least 2 years of DME/Rehab equipment experience.  Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.  Must be able to load, unload, setup, and demonstrate any rehab equipment being delivered.  Must be familiar with the current regulatory environment in this field.
