Description:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of ACH and Wire Transfer departments. Ensure adherence to corporate, regulatory and audit guidelines.

Duties:

Oversees operations for ACH and Wire Transfer departments.

Manage a staff and perform annual evaluations.

Communicate policies, procedures and security measures to branch and operations.

Coordinate training, perform internal control reviews and assist external auditors.

Act as liaison between the branches and corporate operations departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Three to five years of banking experience, ACH and Wire transfer a plus

Strong knowledge of ACH and Wire Transfer operations

General understanding of bank regulations and compliance laws

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills and applications

Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Internal audit, internal controls or key performance indicator analysis experience (preferred, not required)

Willingness to work in a team environment

Demonstrate proficiency of policies and procedures in order to utilize good judgment in making sound decisions
