Duties: |
Develop contacts with all assigned districts/school personnel
Determine AV technology plans, needs, and buying practices of all assigned districts/schools
Give sales presentations to assigned accounts
Respond to and prepare quotes to assigned accounts in a timely manner
Attend periodic trade shows
Keeps data base on all assigned accounts current
Introduce new/upgraded AV Technology to assigned accounts in a timely manner
Keep abreast of all new K-12 products/solutions
Obtain and keep current all job related certifications
Must achieve an annual sales and GP quota
Must develop and maintain a rolling 12 month marketing plan for each assigned account
Must develop and maintain a rolling 12 month forecast.

Qualifications: |
Either K-12 teaching experience, K-12 sales experience, or some other close working relationship with K-12 level school system, public or private, required
1-2 years sales experience desired
Ability to manage a customer base and maintain a quota and a territory.
Looking for an aggressive sales personality, high energy, and a strong desire to be successful
Must have excellent communication skills including telephone, presentation, and written |
