| The Admission Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides direct and indirect patient care services according to Advanced Home Care's policies and procedures. The primary responsibility of this nurse is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the patient, the environment, and the support system. The Admission Nurse will initiate services and complete a plan of treatment and necessary forms as needed to implement patient care. This nurse will not be a primary caregiver but may be needed to make patient visits according to patient census. |
Qualifications: |
Requires a degree in nursing from an accredited or approved school. Must have one year in Home Health or Hospice with OASIS experience. Must have a current registered nursing license for the state of NC and reliable transportation. We are interested in hiring Admission RN's with Oasis/HH experience in the Triad Area.
