Duties: |
As the Dental Centre Manager, you contribute to the productivity and profitability of the dental practice by providing exceptional patient service through a highly organized team of professionals.
You direct all day to day activities of the practice and ensure results in all key areas: finance, accounting, quality management and human resources. You hire, train, coach and motivate team members to offer consistent, quality services to patients compliant with professional standards and the highest service values. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

Along with a positive, enthusiastic and fresh outlook to the workplace, you also have:
A post secondary degree or diploma
Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities
2 to 5 years dental experience
Finance and accounting aptitude
Excellent Customer service skills
Computer skills
