Duties: |
| As the Dental Centre Manager you contribute to the productivity and profitability of the practice by providing exceptional patient service through a highly organized team of professionals. You direct all day to day activities and ensure results in all key areas: finance, accounting, quality management and human resources. You hire, train, coach and motivate team members to offer consistent, wow factor services to patients while maintaining the highest professional standards and service values. The position reports to the Regional Manager |

You are a passionate leader and can inspire a dental team to achieve excellence! Along with a positive, enthusiastic and fresh outlook to the workplace, you also have:
A post secondary degree or diploma
Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities
2 to 5 years dental experience
Finance and accounting aptitude
Excellent patient service skills
Computer skills
