| Beacon Performance Group, an internationally recognized performance improvement consulting and training division for Beacon Associates, Inc. with primarily commercial clients, is seeking experienced performance-focused practitioners to identify, architect, and manage the delivery of client solutions. These positions will be responsible for expanding our current engagements as well as identifying and capturing new opportunities and will include annual revenue targets and project-level Profit & Loss accountability. |
Duties: |
Find, build, and manage client relationships including:
o Project identification and definition
o Resourcing
o Project specification
Bring an established set of clients and contacts
Clearly understand and perform work in the world of HPI/HPT
Work with C-level and all other levels of an organization
Aggressively grow your business portfolio:
o Expand engagement opportunities
o Deliverable development (limited) and review
o Identify and close new opportunities
o Manage project P&L
Identify and conduct public speaking and workshop opportunities

Qualifications: |
Masters degree in OD, psychology, or related field; PhD desired
Experience or certification in workplace learning and performance CPLP or CPT certifications desired
Familiarity and practice with existing performance improvement methodologies, tools and processes
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; Black Belt preferred
Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% or greater
