Description:

Provide administrative support for Nonprofits First, Inc. Executive Assistant, Senior Management, Staff, Board Members and Volunteers, as needed.

Duties:

Provide administrative support for Nonprofits First Executive Assistant, Senior Management, Staff, Board Members and Volunteers, as needed

Maintain databases and records in SalesForce and other administrative systems(with on-site training provided)

Provide one-on-one or group training of Salesforce

Inventory management

Generate necessary reports

Prepare copies, handouts and other documentation for trainings, workshops and on-site reviews

Assist with workshop registration and scheduling of trainings, on-site reviews and other meetings

Manage logistics of trainings, on-site reviews and other meetings

Respond to inquiries related to trainings, on-site reviews and other meetings

Process mail merges from database and prepare mailings

Manage integration between web inquiries and administrative database reporting

Provide basic level updates to the organization’s website and work with the website vendor

Assist with Applicant Tracking System data entry

Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Client Services and/or Senior Management

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree (Nonprofit experience is preferred).

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint; (Access is a plus).

Knowledge of report building such as Crystal Reporting.

Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and phone skills .

Outstanding customer service skills.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.

Ability to relate to internal and external customers.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Considerable written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide technology training of organizational databases.

Bilingual capability (Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a plus.
