Description: |
The Membership Sales Representative will work in the department of membership sales, within a full-service fitness club. This role will be responsible to provide the customer with knowledge and tours of the fitness facility, gain new members, provide critical customer service and retain existing members.

Duties: |
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties and tasks:
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated by field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Establish and maintain current and prospective client relationships
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- Identify and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications: |
Must be a self starter who works well with little supervision
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
Conducts him or herself in a positive, enthusiastic and professional manner at all times
Sport or fitness retail sales experience would be an asset |
