Description:

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Savings and Retirement area of Deposit Operations. Assists the staff in resolving branch and customer issues and in providing quality customer service.

Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing a high level of quality customer service to branch personnel and customers, maintaining the integrity of the FiServ CBS Database for Time, Savings, Safe Deposit Box, and CIF Subsystems, monitoring savings accounts for excess transactions, reviewing Ledger Balancing Verification reports and resolving any outages, managing the IRS year-end reporting process and the safe deposit box function including distribution of letters to collect payments, verifying Interest Rate calculations are up to date for Savings, CDs, and IRAs, and reviewing policies and procedures for possible updating. Keeps abreast of deposit regulations and the impact on bank operations and customers.

Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of banking products and procedures. College degree, three years banking experience, and previous supervisory experience required. Five years banking experience preferred. Working knowledge of internet, Microsoft Office and Excel with spreadsheet application required, CBS experience preferred
