| Duties: | We are looking for Certified Personal Trainers who are energetic and love to help people reach their health and fitness goals. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to develop personalized health and fitness plans;
• Provide information and advice on nutrition and stress management;
• Measure and assess blood pressure, heart recovery rate, body fat ratio, etc.;
• Monitor client development;
• Maintain and update client records;
• Provide practical feedback and support.
| Qualifications: | Key Functional Skills Required:
• Exceptional Level of Personal Training Knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written skills. This candidate must have the ability to work within the company system of presentations and communication.
Key Competencies Required:
• Strong skills in training and coaching others to develop to their own potential.
• The ability to hold others accountable for their own performance.
• Non-Defensive, open-minded and able to learn and grow
• The ability to Multi-task and organize
• The ability to participate in the creation of a fun, customer service based culture within a results driven performance environment
Education Required:
• University Kinesiology Degree or equivalent preferred. This may be substituted by relevant work experience of 2-5 years or more in the industry
• Can Fit Pro or equivalent Certification
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
