Immediate openings in New Castle, DE
Must have prior experience managing a professional automotive detailing/reconditioning operation, or must be a fully experienced reconditioner ready to move to the next level. |
Duties: |
- Oversee daily operation of Dealership Detail/Reconditioning Shop
- Direct supervision of reconditioners, detailers, and washers
- Ensure efficient workflow through the shop, including vehicle check-in, customer deliveries, and lot management
- Ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning chemicals and other supplies
- Other duties as directed by management

Qualifications: |
High School Diploma/GED required. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
