Duties: |
| Supervise the Coppertop Restaurant. In charge of scheduling, hiring, training, stocking , receiving of orders, all paperwork, payroll management, cash register training and cash handling. Hire, Coach, Train, and maintain required standard operating procedures. Manage budget and forecast. Open and close restaurant. Maintain all health regulations. |
Qualifications: |
Computer skills helpful. High School:. (X) Yes PHYSICAL: Be able to lift 50 pounds minimum,
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:3 to 5 years management experience is required
