Description:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work in our general department providing accounting, office supply, receptionist, mailroom and clerical support in our Tempe location.

Duties:

- Perform pre-billing related tasks including filing, reports, production department communications etc.

- Utilize client contracts to complete billing invoice worksheets in Excel

- Utilize ACB's accounting system to perform billing related functions: entry of customer billing, create proof sheets, create invoice drafts, billing recap entry etc.

-Proofing billing reports for accuracy of customer billing

-Communicate and coordinate with all team members and other ACB personnel in order to achieve billing goals and meet deadlines

-Various research, reports and projects as assigned

-Type, proof and distribute service contracts

-Primary back-up to the incoming and outgoing mailroom

-Back-up receptionist duties as needed

-Filing and recordkeeping

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The qualifications needed for the position include:

- PC knowledge, including all Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word and a strong proficiency in Excel

- Excellent math, logic, reading comprehension, and basic accounting principles

-Understanding of basic office equipment such as faxes, scanners, printers, telephones and copiers
oDetail oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

-Time management and organizational skills

-Ability to work independently or within a team environment

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Must be able to lift 30lbs / physical dexterity

-Must be able to work 8:30 - 4:45 shift
