Description: |
Ensures that bar supplies, stock and equipment are properly maintained. Maintains cleanliness of bar area according to Soboba Casino and Health Department standards. Exercises T.I.P. procedures at all times.

Duties: |
•Applies positive communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
•Completes all set-up duties in timely fashion.
•Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, and equipment according to Soboba Casino and Health Department standards.
•Removes refuge from bar area as required.
•Prepares garnishes.
•Assists Bartender/Server with assigned duties as requested.
