We expect all of our therapist staff to contribute to this by providing outstanding patient care by administering therapy services/procedures according to clinic policies and procedures. | Duties: | Essential Job Functions:
 Provide outpatient hand therapy/patient cars.
 Utilization and further development of post-operative patient protocols.
 Close communication with hand surgeons for patient care.
 Participation in mentor program.
 Provide a monthly Management Plan to direct supervisor.
 Promote hospital and physician relationships through program development, marketing, and support of existing VVMC programs/departments.
 Foster positive professional relationships for the mutual support of HHSMC, VVMC, and local physicians.
 Ensure your schedule meets physician and patient needs.

| Qualifications: |  Graduation from an approved school of occupational/physical therapy.
 Current license – Occupational or Physical Therapy License in the State of Colorado.
 Certified Hand Therapist
 Minimum of 3 years as a CHT
 Post Operative Experience
 Hands on treatment style
 Current CPR certification.
 Experience/training from Indiana Hand Center or working closely with experienced hand surgeons.
