We are currently seeking MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVES who are passionate about creating an exceptional member experience, to sell new memberships, club services and products to qualified prospective members and groups.
Our club MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVES are responsible for driving sales revenue.

Duties: |
Member service. Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful perspective.
Personal Training Integration. Drive sales revenue through personal training sales; demonstrate understanding of general fitness and knowledge of equipment/programming availability.
Membership Sales. Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly individual sales goals through prospect lead generation, telemarketing, greeting guests, walk-ins & member referrals.

Qualifications: |
High School diploma or equivalent
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related field preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Some knowledge of the fitness industry preferred
Telemarketing Skills
Good verbal communication skills
Professional image through dress, posture and pose
Assertive with energetic enthusiastic personality
Exception work habits, integrity and ethics
Self-motivated and team player
High self-esteem
Active participant in fitness program
Current C.P.R and A.E.D Certification
Successful completion of the Spectrum Clubs, Inc. Sales training program
