Description: |
Responsible to train production personnel on various positions, provides back up duties to the Production Manager, monitors line performance and assist where needed, act as vacation/absentees relief for production personnel and Production Supervisor, performs house keeping duties as needed, assist in coordination required training for the department.

Requires high school education or GED, and must have excellent reading and math skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on occasion, must possess leadership ability and excellent communication skills. Prefer 1-3 years experience operating production equipment, but not required. Must pass company background check and drug test.
