Description: | | Deployment Specialist-CAD We are searching for an experienced Fire Dispatch professional to join our training team. Our Deployment Specialists travel to EMS, Fire and PSAP client sites to install the RescueNet Suite and train our new users and system administrators. Successful candidates for this role join ZOLL after spending a number of years in the field as Paramedics, EMTs, Dispatchers, FireFighters, etc. IT Managers and Systems Administrators from EMS companies also have a high level of success. Our Dispatch/CAD Deployment Specialists must understand computers, be willing to reside in or around the Denver area, have experience teaching or training small groups, and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. **For this position, Fire dispatching experience is required. Travel for this position ranges from 60% to 75%. |
