Description:

General Job Objectives:
Responsible for the design, implementation and management of client projects. Ensure that client goals are met. Manage and coordinate all activities and communication internally and externally. Responsible for managing assigned support staff.

Duties:

Project Management
o Design and analyze reports in order to track trends and make strategic recommendations.
o Responsible for managing client expectations, internal and external deliverables, and project timelines.
o Responsible for the management and coordination of tasks assigned to sales, operations, systems, training etc., within appropriate timelines/deadlines. (i.e. List builds, IT requests, client deliverables, staffing)
o Responsible for client invoicing and budgeting
o Responsible for design and execution of all project components including campaign design, client output, etc.
o Accountable to ensure that operations staff effectively manages goals for assigned programs.
o Independently manage multiple programs.
o Act as primary client contact and handle all client requests.
o Perform project training as needed.
o Responsible for project documentation
o Think critically with emphasis on strategy, not just tactics.
o Supervise support staff and delegate assignments.
o Exhibit excellent customer service skills
o Adhere to company policy
o Other duties as assigned based on departmental requirements, including travel.
o Making sure that all TMS policies and procedures are adhered to.
o Handle all staff disciplinary issues.
o Manage client monitoring and calibration sessions.

Qualifications:

o Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills.
o On-site client interaction experience a must.
o Ability to work independently.
o Proficiency of computer keyboard.
o Proactive highly motivated.
o Advanced Computer literacy in Excel and Word.
o Excellent interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
o Exceptional client contact experience
o Demonstrate leadership, initiative and professional behavior.
o Ability to manage an on-site program effectively.

EDUCATION:
College degree and related work experience. Healthcare, pharmaceutical or telemarketing management experiences a plus.
