Description: |
| Follow up on employees and training, take care of inventory and food quality, work in the kitchen where needed, and assist the Food Services Manager – primarily with paperwork, and office duties. |
Duties: |
Pre-Season
Help interview prospective employees
Give input on changes or revisions of policies and procedures.
Attend all training meetings for Supervisors.
Conduct trainings for employees.
Help with pre-season scheduling and training.
Seasonal
Oversee scheduling of 60-80 employees.
Monitor the supervisors daily.
Coordinate staffing needs.
Check timecards for needed adjustments.
Address guest questions, concerns and complaints.
Coordinate daily with the Food Services Manager and assist with any projects or tasks as needed.

Qualifications: |
High school diploma preferred
Food Handler’s Permit
1-2 years experience as a cook
1-2 years Seven Peaks experience preferred
Menu preparation knowledge a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer programs
Management and leadership experience
Excellent people skills; group-oriented.
Disciplined and responsible; thinks rules are important.
Positive; happy and content.
Must be willing to work Saturdays and holidays during the summer season. Must also be able to handle fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and work in the heat and sun when necessary. Walking through the park several times a day is required. Heavy lifting may be required.
