Location: 12208 N Mopac Expressway Austin 78758 The Teller Service Specialist provides superior and quality member service while adhering to United Heritage’s quality service standards, policies and procedures. Perform financial transactions for members accurately, efficiently, and in a professional manner. Exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative with each transaction while presenting a positive image of the organization. |
Duties: |
- Accept and dispense cash accurately using a teller drawer and/or Cash Dispense Machine.
- Accept and process checks accurately, provide account and credit union information to member.
- Balance checks, cash and consignment items sold daily.
- Responsible for competent processing of financial transactions, verifying accuracy, balancing daily and meeting security guidelines.
- Cross selling and refer beneficial products and services to members and non-members.

Qualifications: |
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year heavy cash handling and customer service experience.
- Schedule will be based on operational needs of branch and will be up to 30 hours a week.
Must be available to attend paid new hiring training during a 2 week period of Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. |
