Description: |
| Host group events at Seven Peaks Waterpark in Provo. Assist with Exclusive Events and any other group items. |
Duties: |
Book and host group events for the summer; coordinate and complete all details of group parties in reservation system.
Receive inbound and make outbound calls for various group programs.
Aid with hosting Exclusive Events.
Reconcile all summer groups to ensure that all payments have been processed and all groups are closed out.
Assist with parking direction and park entrance for large groups.
Complete weekly sales reports.

Qualifications: |
Host group events for the summer. Coordinate and complete all details of group parties with a Groups Manager.
Reconcile all summer groups to ensure that all payments have been processed and all groups are closed out.
Assist with parking direction and park entrance for large groups.
Aid with hosting Exclusive Events.
Complete weekly reports to Manager.
Must be willing to work Saturdays and holidays during the summer season. Must also be able to handle fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and work in the heat and sun when necessary.
