| Assist Technical Sales Engineers in daily activities to maximize Hunton Trane’s effectiveness in serving our customers. |
Duties: |
Responsibilities:
Offers phone support
Handles customer requests for literature
Handles technical selections; schedules start-ups; tracks and traces shipments; provides product selections, pricing and quotations for design build & replacement, renovation & retrofit projects.
Processes credit memos; follows up on credit approval, & customer collections.
Keeps current on products and product selection programs.
Handles a variety of other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills Required:
A qualified applicant must:
Be computer literate.
Be proficient in the us of the Microsoft - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess excellent math skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Be highly organized and have an eye for detail and accuracy.
Have the ability to work with a variety of personalities as a team player.
Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize effectively.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Qualifications: |
Education and/or Experience Required:
High School and five years related administrative experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM
Knowledge with HVAC terminology preferred.
Valid Driver’s License (occasional errands)
