The Service Account Manager will provide full account management services to Sg2 clients. Service Account Managers have intimate knowledge of client operations and anticipate the strategic and operational intelligence needs of their accounts. The Service Account Manager reconfirms the buying decision by consistently demonstrating the value of Sg2 intelligence products and tools. |
Duties: |
| Specific responsibilities include:
Identifying client needs to proactively build awareness of Sg2 products and tools
Facilitating clinical, technological, operational, financial, and strategic client inquiries
Encouraging participation in Sg2-sponsored web casts and conferences
Supporting Sg2 program-specific initiatives
Demonstrating the value and application of Sg2 intelligence products
Scheduling client calls to develop intelligence networks
Developing and executing account-specific plans in conjunction with Sales Executives

Qualifications: |

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a consistent record of academic excellence, personal achievement and leadership. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must.
Master’s degree in health care management or MBA preferred
5+ years experience with health care in a hospital or consulting environment
Strong project management and account management skills
Experience with CRM and Account Management standard operating procedures
Superior communication, attention to detail and presentation skills
Previous experience in the health care industry; provider and/or clinical experience preferred
