position summary: a sales pro is required to diligently execute the sales program and is a member of the stores leadership team. the position emphasizes skill-sets in the areas of customer support & relations, coaching & teaching, staff training, troubleshooting, q&a, problem resolution, and consulting, within a retail environment. the sales pro is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that enjoys taking part in the growth of the company. the pro position is often the first impression that customers have of simply mac; as a result, it is paramount that pros uphold the highest standards of the company at all times, and exemplify the company’s mission statement and core values.
| Duties: | team building:
•effectively fulfill simply mac’s shared vision and objectives.
•be a positive example to team members by offering world-class experience and customer service when troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing merchandise.
operations:
•ensure that the day to day operations including upholding store appearance, merchandise and reputability standards are met.
•support and assist the sales staff team and management.
sales goals:
•guarantee that all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
•look for opportunities to better the store and the customer’s experience.
•meet customer survey standards for coaching, training, and consulting provided.
| Qualifications: | essential skills and experience:
•apple & mac experience preferred.
•customer service/sales experience
•proficient in microsoft applications.
