The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President and based out of the Georgia or South Carolina area, the Sales Manager will be responsible for providing a leadership role to the sales group in the Southeast; carrying out development of sales representatives with specific focus on account management, developing new business and sales closing techniques; supporting Division Managers with input on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis; sales P&L responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
• 3-5 years of sales management experience and an additional 3-5 years sales experience
• Two years industrial experience required
• Excellent written and presentation skills is a must
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer focused attitude essential
• Proven business-to-business sales experience in a technical field preferred
